FAQ
How far are the slopes?
The Mottolino slopes are just 200m away from home.
You can reach them with your skis from home or with a 1/2 minute walk.
do you host pets?
No.
Unfortunately, at the moment Nix is not equipped to host any pets.
This is solely due to cleaning time and personelle availability.
We do have a pet friendly option: Nivis Apartment
Is it possibile to rent stays shorter than a week?
Yes.
During lower seasonal moments and for last minute availabilities we also open 3/4 night stays.
For example, these periods are: at the very beginning of December, end of April, June and mid-September.

Do rates depend on the number of guests?
Nix's rates refer to the whole unit up to 8 guests, except in Skipass-free weeks. If a 9th guest (child under 13yo) is added, it requires an extra cost.
Can you host more than 8 guests?
It depends.
We can not host more than 8 adults.
We can host an extra guest if it is:
- a child up to 13 years old (at an extra cost). The king size bed will be arranged as a triple.
- a child under 4yo, for whom a baby bed (120x60cm) can be set up, for free.
Under no circumstances can we host extra guests on the couch.
Are there any extra costs at arrival?
No.
All amenities and services are included.
The only payment not included in the quote is the damage deposit which will be refunded after check-out, in absence of any severe damage.

What is your payment policy?
Our policy consists of a 50% deposit payment at the moment of booking and a 50% balance payment two weeks before arrival, both via bank transfer.
