    The Modern Alpine Chalet

    Our chalet is a combination of local high-quality materials with modern touches of design and efficiency. It has the perfect mountain lodge atmosphere with all the comforts of a city penthouse. It is fit for families and groups of friends. It's an ideal base for exciting adventures, relaxing getaways, and family vacations. We are in the ultimate strategic location: on the slopes, near the center, close to nature, and in a peaceful area.

    We are directly connected to the main Mottolino slope. Leave with your skis from home.

    4 to 15 guests

    Both the apartments can be rented individually or combined as the whole chalet.

    Guest Care

    We, Silvestri Family, are personally involved in making sure our guests are pampered and always have assistance when in need.

    Nix & Nivis are also a great summer choice. Each apartment has its own outdoor dining area, sunbathing area & barbecue.

    Nix is ideal for 6 to 8 adults.
    It is possible to add a 9th guest if this is a child under 13yo. It is also possible to add a cot for a baby between 0 and 4yo.

    The house was very clean cozy and the large living room / kitchen windows overlooked the whole village of Living and the rugged mountains. The morning coffee could not have had a better view 🙂 In addition, the house had a yard area where you can sit, sun chairs and a yard table with furniture, as well as a barbecue.

    Your house was amazing! Very stylish rooms, we loved every little detail there especially the kitchen with big windows and the view to the mountains. Turkish sauna was perfect after skiing.
